Objective:To understand engineering college students’learning burnout status; to clarify the relationship among academic attribution, self-efficacy and learning burnout; to explore the mechanism of action of learning burnout; Put forward the intervention strategy. Methods:The multidimensional-multiattributional causality scale, general self-efficacy scale, and college students’ learning burnout questionnaire were used to survey612engineering college students. Through the Pearson correlation clear the correlation among academic attribution, self-efficacy, and learning burnout, using multiple linear regression analysis to discuss through academic attribution and self-efficacy to Predict learning burnout and Self-efficacy in mediating role between the academic attribution and learning burnout.Results:1.Students’ learning burnout level is lower than the norm; there are significant differences on some demographic variable.2.On the whole, self-efficacy was significantly Positively related to internal factors of academic attribution, with learning failure attribution has significant negative correlation, associated with external factors was not significant Self-efficacy and learning burnout was significantly negative correlated.3.Academic attribution and self-efficacy on the return of the learning burnout has significant effect.4.Self-efficacy Play Partial intermediary role between academic attribution and learning burnout.Conclusions:1.College students have a certain degree of learning burnout and learning burnout level is lower than the norm.2.The higher students’ self-efficacy level, the less Prone to learning burnout; Students tend to ascribe academic Performance to effort, self-efficacy level is higher, tend to see school failure attributed to the ability, the low level of self-efficacy; On the whole, tend to academic Performance due to internal factors such as effort and ability, less Prone to learning burnout, tend to academic Performance due to external factors such as situation, luck are more Prone to learning burnout.3.The students’ academic attribution and self-efficacy can effectively Predict learning burnout.4.The students’ academic attribution Part by self-efficacy influencing learning burnout.
