College Students' learning burnout is on the basis of the study of job burnout,it is the expansion of burnout in school background.This study explores the connotation and structure of learning burnout through the establishment of College Students'Learning Burnout Questionnaire.In the research,the author adopted some ways to explore the original questionnaire.First of all,this study consulted a large number of relevant literature to achieve a preliminary understanding of learning burnout and grasp.Secondly,structural interviews and open questionnaires will show the data of learning burnout items,and after discussion and expert assessment the initial,the formal questionnaire is formed.College students as the object of measurement by issuing questionnaires.Recovered data is used for analysis project analysis and exploratory factor,After the deletion of the subject does not meet the requirements,the 25 projects,the formation of a formal questionnaire.After that,the formal college students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire was determined by confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis.And then,the formal questionnaire was used to analyze and study the status of College Students' Learning Burnout,in order to investigate the diversities in the demographic variables of learning burnout.At last,this study examines the nexus undermines the organizational justice-College Students' learning burnout relationship.The main viewpoint of this study can be show as follows:(1)College Students' learning burnout includes emotional exhaustion,will weaken,value negation,weariness of learning behavior,and depersonalization,low self-efficacy,a total of six dimensions.(2)The college students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and the six dimensional structure model fitting is fine,which can be used as a tool to measure college students' Learning Burnout.(3)The results of the investigation on college students learning burnout,burnout level and academic performance of college students learning burnout is closely related.In addition,in gender,grade,educational background,origin of students and school positions are marked differences in learning burnout.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between College Students' learning burnout and organizational justice,and organizational justice can predict learning burnout.
