With the continuous development of new media technology applications and changing needs of people in the visual aesthetic in the new media environment, modern logo design started toward diversification, the development of an integrated form of expression, dynamic signs began to appear. Compared to static signs, dynamic logo showed great differences in many aspects, such as the purpose of design, visual language, application and design methods. The evolution from static signs to dynamic logo, showing infinite vitality rich visual imagery to stimulate the curiosity of consumers, increasing the visual space-time scalability, and to enhance the visual experience for the people of inner emotional experience. Dynamic logo has become a fusion of visual culture, hearing culture, tactile culture in one of the complex mark.The study defines the concept of dynamic signs and presents stages of evolution, Introduces the characteristics of new media technologies, in-depth analyzed the causes of dynamics logo to generate and the social and cultural significance. Besides, the study analyzed some typical signs at home and abroad from many aspects, such as design purpose, design principles, design features, type of design and performance results. The study tried to summarize some design specifications and design principles in the new media technologies atmosphere.Then, the study combined practice case "2012Xing Ke Te World Tour " logo dynamic design and evidenced the before summed dynamic design. The study used a literature review, case analysis and other research methods, combined with the author’s actual practice case, and strive to pragmatic innovation. At last I hope this study can provide a reference path for the relevant practitioners or researchers and play a reference for the dynamic symbol research.
