Research On The Investment And Financing Mechanism Of Cultural Industry In Zhu Zhou City

Cultural industry is an emerging industry, and also the industry witha great development in21century, it is important to enhance the nationalcultural soft power and comprehensive competitiveness. In recent years,countries and local government have developed a series of measures tofurther promote cultural reform, accelerate the development of culturalindustries. At the same time, Zhu Zhou City Hall in order to respond tothe call of the country has formulated a series of related cultural industryfile, including the “speed up the implementation of the “cultural promot-ion” strategic view”,“cultural strategy to enhance the implementation ofthe Platform”,“cultural industry development program”. As can be seen,countries and governments pay more and more attention to the developm-ent of culture industry, and have been the development of cultural indust-ries as an important national policy.Although the cultural industry has development slowly in our count-ry, and has made certain achievement, but compared with the developedcountries such as Japan and the cultural industry still has a big gap. Butthe main reason leading to this difference is the shortage of funds tosupport the development of cultural industry, has not formed the investm-ent and financing mechanism of cultural industry. Currently, capitalproblem is a bottleneck that restricts the development of cultural industry in Zhu Zhou City. Therefore, the study of Zhu Zhou culture industryinvestment and financing，and put forward effective countermeasures isvery necessary.This paper firstly analyzes the relevant theories of cultural industryinvestment and financing, drawing lessons from the financing experienceof the developed countries of the of culture industry; and then analyzesthe Zhu Zhou culture industry investment and financing situation, findingout the Zhu Zhou city cultural industry investment and financing mecha-nism of the existing problems, finding out the external and internal;finally, on the basis of the above analysis, proposed the Zhu Zhou shou-ld establish a "government investment as the guidance, enterprise invest-ment as the main body, the financial institutions to support investment,foreign investment and private capital investment as the key" diversificat-ion high efficiency of investment and financing mechanism of culturalindustry, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions, to achieve sound and rapid development of culturalindustries in Zhu Zhou city.
