Research On Inheritance Countermeasures Of Huaning Pottery Craftsmanship From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

As the spiritual wealth of human society,the intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the ancestors,and it is also the living manifestation of cultural diversity.With the country's emphasis on intangible cultural heritage,the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become a public issue of widespread concern to society.In the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,how to achieve the coordinated governance of multiple subjects,such as government-led,enterprises,social organizations,inheritors and citizens,is a path countermeasure to this large and complex project.As the outstanding representative of Yunnan traditional arts and crafts intangible cultural heritage,Huaning pottery craftsmanship has been preliminarily formed in the process of protection and inheritance.The ceramic industry has begun to take shape and its influence has gradually expanded.However,there still exist the problems of“emphasizing declaration,protecting protection”,“emphasizing economics,ignoring culture”,insufficient capital investment,obvious profit-driven behavior led by enterprises,insufficient participation of social organizations,and few outstanding inheritors.This article takes Huaning pottery craftsmanship as the research object,and takes the collaborative governance theory and cultural diversity theory as the theoretical basis.It adopts research methods such as literature research method,interview method,comparative analysis method,etc.,to pass Huaning pottery craftsmanship to governments and enterprises.The behaviors and effects of social organizations,social organizations,inheritors,and citizens are sorted out,starting from clarifying the respective roles and responsibilities of the plural subjects,starting with cultural excavation,benefit sharing,productive protection,and the interaction and decision-making of plural subjects that focus on the cultivation of the heirs.Promote the inheritance of Huaning pottery craftsmanship.This thesis consists of six parts: The first part is an introduction,whichintroduces the background and significance of the research in this article,sorts out the research status of collaborative governance at home and abroad,and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,especially the production of the "Four Famous Ceramics" in China.The current research status of Ning Tao's production technology inheritance,and briefly explain the research ideas and methods of this paper;the second part is the concept definition and theoretical analysis of the article,and the collaborative governance analysis of Hua Ning's production technology inheritance;the third part,combining The historical development of Huaning pottery craftsmanship,analysis of the current status of Huaning pottery craftsmanship;the fourth part,combing and analyzing the problems existing in Huaning pottery craftsmanship and their causes from the perspective of collaborative governance;fifth In part,it summarizes and elaborates the experiences and practices worthy of reference in the ceramic craftsmanship at home and abroad.The sixth part proposes specific countermeasures to the problems existing in the ceramic craftsmanship in Huaning from the perspective of collaborative governance.
