Research In Early Chinese Realistic Film Production From1905-1937

From1905—1937, during changing decades China, Chinese movie creation focused on realistic theme mirrored a complex and multidimensional reality and national self-esteem and awakening, as it went through the revolution of the social culture, business competition, art exploration. From the exploration of the cultural consciousness to the diversity under business competition, the creation of early realistic theme movie exhibited continuous exploration and innovation in narrative and visual expression and gradually presents more and more maturity, which laid a solid foundation for the development of China films in the following days and provided valuable experience.This paper aims at analyzing the characteristic of realistic theme movie creation over these30years. It covers a topic on the realistic theme movie creation for the narrow sense, i.e. the movies mainly reflecting the social reality and life of people at that time.In the context of society,this paper pictures the varying track of early realistic film creation by exploring the style of creation and implication method.
