Research On Management Problem In Anhui Province Census Geographical Conditions

Anhui census geographical conditions are in urgent need of basic information from the geographical point of view fully understand the national conditions and strength, is a practical Scientific Outlook on Development, on the overall economic and social development, building a better Anhui has important significance. The geographical conditions in Anhui province census for the first time, through the innovation of system, sound system, perfect the policy, strict management, explored the characteristic of Anhui geographic conditions survey method and content, has made some preliminary results.In this paper, taking Anhui province to carry out the national census for the first time geography situation as an example, based on in-depth research and access to information, this paper introduces the basic situation of Anhui province census geographic conditions, analyzed four basic survey "survey of natural geographical situation","investigation of human geography elements of the basic situation","the development of geographic conditions information integrated system analysis","the establishment of coverage of the province’s geographic situation basic database" organization implementation and technical requirements, the geographical conditions in census management achievements, analyzes the problems and reasons.
