In recent years, the study on the influence of geographical conditions on the ancient Egyptian agriculture and the religion has made great achievement. The relation between geographical conditions and ancient Egyptian civilization has been an important problem in the study of Egypt. But as the writer knows, the research has some deficiencies. Some weak points still exist, the study is not overall and deepening enough, lack of research from whole, macroscopic. Based on the results from these studies, the range of this paper will expand to the ancient Egyptian agriculture, the science and technology, the literature, art and the religion and so on, in order to give a systematic analysis on the influence of geographical conditions on ancient Egyptian civilization.The objective of this paper and the key problem to solve is to find out the relation between the geographical conditions and the ancient Egyptian civilization, to provide some beneficial advice for the modern society, to better coordinate the relation between human culture and the geographical conditions.The paper consists of introduction, body, conclusion, and references. The body is the main part. The body includes five parts according to the constituent parts of civilization.Chapter one, the influence of geographical conditions on the ancient Egyptian agriculture. The Nile River influences the soil of the ancient Egypt, the crops growth situation. The overflowing regularly of the Nile brought the fertile soft soil, which provided the superior condition for the growth of crops. The ancient Egyptian farmers only need the simple farm tool which obtained the very high grain yield on the soft land, such superior working condition has affected the innovation of the farm tool, hindered the civilization of ancient Egypt fast development.Chapter two, the influence of geographical conditions on the ancient Egyptian Religion. The ancient Egyptian thought that the sun was the Egyptian most important god from old times. It gives the life to myriad things . The Nile River nourishes the ancient Egyptian. The strong contrast of the mutual face-off of life and death between Nile valley and adjoining desert was formed. Cycle of Nile overflow, the principle movement of sun, regular cycle of everything and so on. Such geographical conditions have affected the religion of ancient Egypt. Providing the view of afterlife and the commentaries of creating the world.Chapter three, the influence of geographical conditions on the ancient Egyptian history and literature. The symmetry of ancient Egyptian terrain, the uniformity of landform as well as the regularity of geographical environment, has affected the ancient Egyptian history and the literature development. Making the ancient Egyptian pursues duplication in the history and value "harmony", "order" in the literature.Chapter four, the influence of geographical conditions on the ancient Egyptian art and clothing accessories. Ancient Egyptians find the relation between fluctuations and astrology of the Nile during the process of observing as'trology and measuring the Nile, ancient Egyptians have produced the calendar initially. During the process of making the mummy, have developed medical science. Ancient Egyptian mathematics evolves from life and practice.The article thinks, impacts on ancient Egyptian civilization of geographical conditions are in many aspects, multi-level. Ancient Egypt's unique geographical conditions is pregnant with the brilliant ancient Egyptian civilization.
