Arrangement And Study On The Countries’Bronze Inscription On Of Spring And Autumn Dynasty Period In Han River Basin

Han River is the first major tributary of Yanzi River as well as an territory of flourishing culture in ancient time, which play an important role on the eastern and western culture communication. Many unearthed literature documents handed down from the ancient time and archaeological discoveries have record the activities of human civilization in the early time around Han River basin:Cheng Beixi culture, Da Xi culture, Qu Jialing culture and so on. This area in Spring and Autumn period had many countries which can be catched a glimpse of the handed-down documents or ancient recodes. These countries also had been excavated plenty of historical relics, especially epigraph on bronze ware and the other archaeology materials, which provide abundant history data for ancient history and culture research.This dissertation adapt a manner as exhausted collection, collect unearthed bronze wares with epigraph of Spring and Autumn period countries of Han River basin more comprehensive and systematical. In order to systemize and study of it, refer to the related disciplines such as paleography, philology and historical geography, as well combined ancient books and records handed down from pre-Qin age. On the basis of these materials, further discussion and study of the countries’ history and culture of Spring and Autumn period of Han River basin.Refer to Historical Atlas of China (Tan Qixiang as editor-in-chief, Chines Atlas Institution,1975) and Writing of the Countries Names of Existence and Extinction in Spring and Autumn Period (Chen Pan, Shang Hai Ancient Books Press,2009), etc., there are ten countries in Spring and Autumn period had been recorded on the unearthed bronze wares in the Han River basin, they are Deng State,Ruo state, Tang state, Zeng state, Yong state, in Hu Bei province, Shen state,Lv state, Peng state, E state,in He Nan province, and Feng state in Shan Xi province. This thesis is composed of three parts:Part one is an introduction. It mainly discuss the time and space of unearthed bronze wares of those countries in Spring and Autumn period of Han River basin, and a sketch of research status, purpose methods and significances of this study.Part two analyze the unearthed epigraph on bronze wares of Spring and Autumn period countries in the Han River basin. Mainly through the way of interpret epigraph, explain names of lineage of the bronze wares which unearthed in the Han River basin, then to predicate some of the bronze wares’ nationalities.Part three is a brief analysis of the countries’ history of Spring and Autumn period in the Han River basin. According to the unearthed handed-down documents make a further research of those countries’ history.
