| Language is a tool of communication, social is the essence attribute of language, natural language belongs to human, they can use language communicate with each other and express their emotions and so on. In the generation, development even extinction of language, the "human" plays an important role. It is an obvious fact that there are gender differences in language use because the human beings are divided into man and woman, gender factors affect people’s verbal behavior in a specified way. The TV talk show is always appreciated by audiences and is also noticed by language scholars, they has done a great deal of research on the TV talk show’s conversation structure subject from different aspects, but we find that the research of conversation structure from gender aspect is still comparatively rare. So in this subject we take the TV talk show as the database, based on the gender factor, discuss whether the gender difference of the host will affect the interview conversation mechanism, it is not only a beneficial supplement to the TV talk show’s conversation analysis research field, but also can research how gender factor affect people’s speech act.In this paper, we took the TV talk show YishuRensheng and LuYuYouyue as the research database. This paper reported the quantitative and qualitative research method and the contrast analyze method from conversation analysis theory and pragmatics theory and so on. This subject from the beginning, the body and the ending of the two programs we chose to contrast and analyze. The study demonstrates that the gender difference of the host cannot affect the beginning and the ending of the program conversation mechanism, because of the special as the TV talk show, the structure and organization in these two parts is highly fixed. Yet in the body of the program, the gender difference of the host affect the conversation mechanism is fully reflected from Q&A structure, turn exchange mechanism, interruption, insertion and minimal response and so on. |
