"The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms" has put forward to speed up the system construction of modern occupation education, deepening integration, production and teaching cooperation, cultivating high-quality workers and skilled talents. Occupation education refers to let student know occupation knowledge, skills and occupation moral education.Occupation education in sectors of improving the quality of rural labor, training the new style peasants, speeding up the transformation of the rural scientific and technological achievements, promoting economic development, increasing farmers’ income, developing and transfering rural labor force, promoting the construction of modern agriculture and realizing the agricultural sustainable development plays an irreplaceable role.The research on China’s occupation college of serving the construction of new rural culture is still relatively weak. The modernization of rural areas is facing many problems, one of which is how to strengthen the construction of the occupation education therefore to serve the construction of new rural culture.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part discusses the existing problems of Chinese rural culture. Rural cultural life is monotonous and spreading negative culture; the farmer’s own quality is relatively low; non material cultural heritage is disappearing too. The second part discusses the effects of occupation colleges in new rural culture construction. Occupation colleges is not only to spread advanced culture but also cultivates successors of non material cultural heritage.It also plays an irreplaceable role in raising up new style farmers of modern society. The third part discusses the problems in the construction of occupation universities when serving the new rural cultural and analyzes the causes. These problems include:the deviations in the ideas of serving the construction of new rural culture; the lag in cultivating human resauces of rural culture construction; the mechanism of new rural cultural construction service is not fined. The fourth part mainly put forward some specific resolutions of the problems which mentioned in the third part. First, establish a government led science service mechanism. Second, improve the occupation college social service ability and explore innovative path to serve the new rural culture of occupation education. Meet the needs of modern agricultural development by adjusting more creative ways of serving the new rural cultural.The fifth part is a conclusion. It mainly summarizes the ways of occupation universities serving the new rural cultural and briefly explains how to improve and solve the current problems.
