Frequent disputes between journalism and advertisers fully disclose the problems caused by poor managements. Most scholars think that disputes mostly result from disagreement on colors, so they tend to explore a systematical way of standardized management based on practical experience and guided by theory of administration which focuses on concrete procedures and methods. However, they cannot really put forward an effective solution, for they only pay attention the problem of proper colors, never viewing the dispute from a comprehensive perspective of the whole intrinsic procedures of journalism.Such disputes can also be caused by disagreements on positions of pictures and passages. To more conveniently study such disputes, the author divides the article into four parts in accordance with procedures of publishing ads on newspapers including canvassing business orders, creation, examination and approval and printing.Then the author will also study problems caused by aberration and positions by analyzing degree of participation and controlling force of the whole system from the views of newspaper office, advertising agency and advertisers respectively: f irst of all, the author will discuss the problem caused by aberration. Most people may hold the view that aberration is only caused by printing systems. But in fact, operational mistakes, systems of creation and examination&approval can also lead to that problem. Discrepancy of equipment in different systems, of light sources, the sensitiveness to colors and workers’unfamiliarity to print technology will be gradually accumulated and have concerted effects on final result.As for the problem caused by disagreement on positions, the author thinks that it is more complex. This is because we haven’t set unified standards of ads on newspapers for advertisers and advertising agencies. Thus, these three parties will gradually form their own standards respectively, resulting in differentiation of standards or non-standardized procedures to solve the problems mentioned above, the author put forward corresponding solutions in the article:For the aberration, the author suggests that they should introduce in a new tool called painted card to regulate the color in the whole process. Thus colors will be unified in the whole chain of this system, guaranteeing the unification between colors inputted and colors outputted. By following these instructions, we will solve problems caused by aberration accumulated in the process. On the other hand, the author will also step on the discussion about positions. To solve this problem, we should investigate the categories and the occurrence frequency of the problems during the process of the version, setting up detailed standards for arrangements in the investment attracting system. Thus we will be fully aware of potential mistake in arranging positions. And we should also save time for re-correction as much as possible. In order to make the newspaper advertisement design to achieve standardization management requirements, this paper put forward reserved standard interface between newspaper, advertising Proxy Companies, advertisers three party, namely standardization cooperation paradigm. Of course, the fundamental way to solve problems is to enhance cooperation among these three parties within a standardized framework. By enhancing cooperation between three parties, we can fundamentally eliminate potential disputes caused by advertising.
