The Exploration And Multidimensional Surveys Of The Music Undergraduate-education Goal Orientation In Colleges And Universities

As the ordinary university music (teacher-training) major that trains qualified music curriculum of basic education in primary and secondary schools, what kind of training goals and requirements is shouldering? It seems a question can be easily answered, like the first short passage in the professional personnel training scheme. But if you want to put it into practice, not every music department, teacher or student can achieve easily, it involves too much realistic topics and different subjective or objective factors. As an ordinary teacher in college, I choose such a topic as a master’s degree thesis in the face of my teaching work in music education, it is not only unique and meaningful, but also full of different dimensions of further analysis, reality and practice guidance.Viewing the orientation analysis of undergraduate major, from the review and thinking of music major’s history and present situation to curriculum schemes issued by the Ministry of Education and pilots, and thinking the target orientation with the combination of students’basic skill game plan and practice, the author strives to get some effective verifications in the professional historical development, find some beneficial enlightenment in the professional reform schemes, obtain some valuable thinking in the professional practice of match modes. Through the multidimensional analysis, the author gets some professional target orientation of running a music school clearly. However, the author also finds our professional school-running rubs with each other under the leadership of different innovative ideas in the real teaching discrepancies of different departments. The national education policies and professional course outlines are principles and business guides of professional school-running orientation, but school basic educational requirements and teachers’qualities are more important factors and the first productivity, professional recruitment plans and student employments are determinants and power sources of professional school-running.
