The Evolution Of Industry Organizations In The Voilently Changed Society

So far, the trade association studies were focused on after the outbreak of the Revolution to the previous full-blown war. The researches which were from during the war to the early time of People’s Republic of China(PRC) is relatively weak, and the association of existing research in Anti-Japanese War was more concerned about East occupied areas and the National Unification area. From1938to1956(19years), with frequent changes of regime happened in North China, and the society changed rapidly. The trade association studies concentrated more in a particular regime, and a special period of time. However, they took less care of the overall. With the in-depth study of association, various localities and sectors of trade Associations attracted more and more attention. Association study of hotel industry began to receive attention in recent years, but studies about association is very simple. For these cases, this paper selected the changes of Beijing hotel association during this time as a research object.During this time, Beijing has appeared Puppet regime, the Kuomintang regime and the PRC under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Different regimes strengthen the association’s control in different degrees for their own purposes, and leading to dramatic changes in the association. Japanese puppet regime implemented statist economy and play a role in strengthening the ideological control of the association. Although the association organization and personnel were not directly controlled by the Japanese puppet regime, its mission and mandate undergone greatly changes, third-government become the primary purpose of the association, occasional association protest are feeble, mostly ended in compromise and concessions, the association of folk and role has changed greatly; after a brief return of the National Government to continue, they pursue statist economic policies but were weak, its ideology relatively faint, Association’s folk rebound swelling, but these were only transient. With the establishment of the PRC under the leadership of the CPC, the organization, personnel, funding and daily activities of the Association have lost their independence and its nongovernmental under the surge of the government policies and class consciousness.That from1938to1956years was the era of drastic changes in Beijing hotel industry association. From Peking fall to its re-established as the capital position, and them, it took the lead in carrying out socialist transformation. With frequent changes of regime, from a controlled economy to a planned economy, dramatic changes occurred in the society organizations, the transition from before the war folk industry representatives to Puppet into a double government and industry representatives, from the national government during the folk nature strong rebound to after the founding of the PRC become the representative of the Government.
