The analysis and summary of domesticating translationmade from two aspects: vocabulary and discourse. As for explanatory translation,many legal principles were used to illustrate. In addition, there are many commonlyused legal terms in the Property Law Act1958Victoria. AU, so the thesis summarizedthe translation methods of typical words and sentence patterns in the last two sections of the chapter.The last chapter is a summary chapter, which make a conclusion of thedifficulties appeared in the process of translation, including aspect of academic aswell as psychological states.
