It is a critical period to form personality for college students in late adolescent and earlyadult.. Love and family relationships are the two important issues of contemporary collegestudents and are also key factors affecting the future development and even a lifetime. Loveaffair is a form of intimate relationship, but also a more specific relationships, support andtrust between lovers is an important part of love relationships. As the first environment forperson to grow, family relationships have a profound impact on individuals interpersonal andintimate relationships. So there is great theoretical and practical significance to study on therelationship between the family and the love of. Through the analysis of family cohesion,adaptability, and general characteristics of love trust and love relationships to help studentsovercome difficulties and solve love problems, thus contributing to students’ psychologicalhealthy development.This study used a questionnaire method. The study is Lu Dong University college students,a total of240people. The research tools are family cohesion and adaptability scale inChinese version (FACESII-CV) that Lee Pengfei prepared and the love of trust scale (from"Love Occupational Personality Psychology Test" that Zibing Qin prepared). Study thecollege students family cohesion, adaptability, and trust in love to explore their’ familycohesion, adaptability and interpersonal trust relationships. The research results are as followsthrough the data processing in SPSS:(1) The overall level of trust in love of the college students was low, the level wassignificantly lower than the norm.(2)There exist significant difference for the trust in love of the college students on grades,love experience, whether they are in the same city and who was their primary caregiver.There was no significant difference on gender and whether the family only has one child,.(3) The actual overall level of family cohesion in college students was relatively low, theactual family cohesion and adaptability of university students were below the ideal familycohesion and adaptability of the ideal family.(4)There was a significant difference in gender and whether the family only has one childfor the actual family cohesion in college students.There was a significant difference in gradesfor the actual family adaptability in college students. There exist significant differences for the ideal family cohesion on who was their primary caregiver. There exist significant differencesfor the ideal family adaptability of college students on grades and who was their primarycaregiver. There exist significant differences for the dissatisfaction of families intimacy onmajor and who was their primary caregiver.There exist significant differences for thedissatisfaction of families adaptability on grades..(5) There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ love trust andthe actual family cohesion, adaptability and real family ideal family cohesion.There exist nosignificantly associated between college students’love trust and the ideal family adaptability.There was negative correlation between college students’love trust and the dissatisfaction offamily cohesion and adaptability.(6) The family adaptability and cohesion can not predict the degree of trust in love of thecollege students.
