By virtue of the HSK composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture Universityand the method of contrastive and bias analysis, this paper completes the statistics andinvestment of the learning bias about Chinese adversative conjunctions to Japanese andKorean students in China.In accordance with the error classifying method in this corpus and language factsabout wrong, missing and multi words in bias description, we sort out three types ofadversative conjunction bias, namely misuse, omission and wrongly addition through thecorpus systematical analysis.On the three kinds of bias and under the description and explanation of bias occurringin the use of eight adversative conjunctions, we thoroughly analyze the bias differencebetween Japanese and Korean students in China, which lies in the distinction of biasdistribution, bias rate and bias word.With this comparison, this paper tries to discover the reasons for those distinctionsfrom the perspective of ontology study, mother tongue negative transfer, as well as theteaching and cognitive psychology of bias.Finally we put forward some suggestions and requirements for the teaching aboutboth general and special problems in the use of adversative conjunctions for Japanese andKorean students in China.That’s, in adversative conjunctions teaching we should confirm the teaching order andpoint,pay much attention to the comparison among words close in meaning depending onbias distribution characteristic and then define the teaching order and point,bestudent-centered and encourage them to communicate with others when applying variousteaching methods.
