In this study, I will take the English learners in IUP International English training school into a specific empirical study. I want to conduct research on the following issues:Firstly, to understand the current1UP English learners’ perception of the value of the product, and the satisfaction of the quality of teaching and learning. Secondly, the difference of the quality of teaching and learning between learners of different backgrounds. Thirdly, the reason of how does the value of the product and the quality of teaching and learning influence each other. Fourthly, what are the results of the value of the product and the quality of teaching and learning.The results are as follows:firstly, the value of the product, the satisfaction of teaching and learning rates are higher than average yet need to be improved. Secondly, the product value and the quality of teaching differs significantly from male and female students, but regarding learning satisfaction, the results show no difference between male and female students. Thirdly, the value of the product and satisfaction with learning positively influence each other in every aspect of what the1UP International English training school provides. Fourthly, the value of practical learning, interests in learning, satisfaction with the teaching quality, content relevance and language fluency anticipates the positive learning value the students experience at1UP International English training school.IUP international English training schools’ goals are as follows:First, to continuously enhance1UP English International English language courses and to address the needs of career minded individuals. Second, the creation of flexible and diversified learning courses, including an evaluation of students and teachers along with the creation of a promotion structure. Third, to strengthen the IUP International English training school’s teacher training program, and the overall quality of teaching. Fourth, to advance the English learners self confidence and enhance their learning enjoyment.
