| Resorting to literature theory, the author endeavors to make a comparative study between the literary text and the musical text (violin concerto) of Liang Shan-bo and Zhu Ying-tai, discussing the two mutually complementary text in hope of analyzing and digging the intrinsic value and the ontological understanding of the legend, the latter receiving and recreating the former, leading to its popularity among the audience.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the general introduction of the two kinds of text of Liang Shan-bo and Zhu Ying-tai. The comparative study of these two texts is made in the second part, concluding their blending and complementary characteristics. The third part is the analysis of the musical text’s reception and recreation of the literary text from the perspective of reception aesthetics. The fourth part digs the value and meaning reflected in the legend. |
