Several surveys were used in this study to assess the relationship between social and self stigma of seeking psychological help,self-esteem and self-efficacy of being counseling client to attitudes toward seeking psychological help.The college students came from four universities in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province,The results are the following:1,There are significant correlations between Social and self stigma of seeking psychological help and self-efficacy of being counseling client and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.Social and self stigma of seeking psychological help negatively relate to attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.Self-efficacy of being counseling client has significant positive correlation with attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.2,Social and self stigma of seeking psychological help,and self-efficacy of being counseling client can significantly predict the attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.3,Self-efficacy of being counseling client of college students through the mediating effect on self-stigma of seeking psychological help,affect their attitudes toward seeking psychological help.4,Self-efficacy of being counseling client of college students through the mediating effect on social stigma of seeking psychological help,affect their attitudes toward seeking psychological help.
