Graduate education is the main channel of training high-level talents, which is an important part of national innovation system. As a result of specific historical condition and the impact of domestic economic and social development new situation, the graduate education reform and innovation of our country faces important problems. Since1999, in order to adapt to the national economic development and social progress of application talented person’s demand, our country began to explore the training mode of professional master’s.
