In this study,data analysis was used to conduct a literature review.By using methods such as job analysis,questionnaire survey,and behavioral event interview,etc.,Japanese normal university students in normal universities were used as research subjects to construct the competence characteristics of Japanese normal university students model.Based on the analysis of the literature,this study first conducted a job analysis on Japanese undergraduates in general normal universities,and then conducted behavioral interviews with 30 students,and combined with the results of the 93 questionnaires of competent feature words recovered,conducted general normal universities.Secondly,based on the preliminary model,the "Self-assessment Questionnaire(Predictive Version)for Competitive Features of Japanese Majors in General Teacher Colleges" was compiled,and the 188 questionnaires recovered were subjected to item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Self-assessment Questionnaire(Complete Edition),used this questionnaire for official testing,and conducted exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the 276 questionnaires recovered,and tested the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire degree.Finally,the competence model was verified,and the overall situation and differences of the competence features of the Japanese majors in normal colleges were statistically analyzed.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The seven dimensional factors included in the competency model of Japanese majors in normal teachers colleges are: achievement motivation,self-cognition,adaptability,interpersonal communication,professional literacy,speech expression and cross-cultural awareness.(2)The Self-assessment Questionnaire on Competency Characteristics of Japanese Majors in General Teachers' Colleges based on the constructed Competitiveness Factors of Japanese Majors in Normal Universities and Colleges has good reliability and validity.(3)The general level of competence characteristics of Japanese major students in normal universities is good,and there are certain differences in gender and grade variables: Japanese students of different genders have significant differences in the competency characteristic factor of "cross-cultural awareness";There are significant differences in the 7 dimensions of the Japanese majors.
