Hassan? Isma’il? al-Hudaybi as the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood the second leader led the Society of Muslim Brothrhood during a time of crisis and dissolution. It is his legacy which eventually fostered the development of non-violent political ideas.his moderate ideology that is the current political institutional transition through non-violent social revolution in the way gradually to the ideological struggle against ideological Islamic rule order, Muslim Brotherhood will fight for change strategy had a profound impact. However, the discussion of the second generation of Muslim Brotherhood leader Hudaybi,it is surprising that there is little scholarly work on the subject.Certainly, there has been interest in Muslim Brotherhood.there are quite extensive studies available on Hassan al-Banna: the founder and first leader of Muslim Brotherhood and Sayyid Qutb.some see him as the ideologue of Islamist radicalism.No doubt, it is important to examine the work of these thinkers in order to understand currents of Islamist ideology and Islamist movements. However, this focus hasn’t explained that the organization into the more moderate Islamist organization it is today. Considering the significance of al-Hudaybi’s years as leader of the Muslim Brotherhood and taking into account that his moderate ideas continue to have a strong influence in the policy and attitude of today’s Muslim Brotherhood, e.g. his conciliatory position towards the state system and his refutation of radical ideas, it is need to study the Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood under the leadership of Hasan al-Hudaybi.al-Hudaybi’s moderate thought had an impact on his fellow Muslim Brotherhood.al-Hudaybi still played a major part in the organization so far to date.This path of his is now followed by today’s Muslim Brotherhood, which endeavours to be recognized as a political party and which influences political decision making by infiltrating the political participatory structures.The dissertation includes three parts:the preface, the main body and the conclusion.In the preface, the author mainly explains the background and meaning of the subject, analyzes and summarizes the research actuality at home and aboard, draws the outline of study, points out the methods of research and the mainly innovations. The main body includes four chapters:In Chapter One, the author mainly discusses the historical background of al-Hudaybi’s years as leader of the organization and the crisis of al-Banna’ left behind an organization, describes the development of Muslim Brotherhood in early days and political crisis, gives an in-depth discussion about the radical Islamic political thought in this organization.In Chapter Two, the author analyzes the Muslim Brotherhood under the leadership of Hudaybi tortuous development process. Firstly,it presents a description and analysis of the history of the short-lived time of cooperation with the revolutionary regime. Second, it presents the years of persecution under ’Abd al-Nasser. lastly, this section examines the reformation of the organization and demonstrates how al-Hudaybi regained his authority and how his policies was implemented.Chapter Three is the most important chapter in the dissertation. This part presents a critical analysis of the book Preachers not Judge. The main aim of this chapter is to explain the use of Muslim theological and juridical arguments which present a refutation of radical thought.In Chapter Four, the author discusses the profound impact on the thinking of al-Hudaybi evaluation and its centrist ideology outlined in his brother will be generated in the course of development.
