In the course of modernization development in the Middle East countries,secular politics and religious politics are important elements that conflict and influence each other.Egypt,as an iconic country in the Middle East that is heavily influenced by both Islamic culture and Western alien culture,its political-religious relationship is mainly reflected in the interactive game between the government that holds the state power and political Islam in society.Among them,the religious and political forces represented by the Muslim Brotherhood have a great influence on the Egyptian political construction and national development process.It is worth noting that the Islamic extreme terrorist forces that began to rise in the 1960s are mostly separated from the Muslim Brotherhood.What came out was influenced by Qutb's thought in the guiding ideology and the way of struggle.The relationship between secular politics and religious political power during the Sadat period refers to the relationship between the Sadat government and the Islamic political moderate Muslim Brotherhood and the extremists representing jihad and atonement to migration organizations.This article disagrees on the early establishment and development of the Muslim Brotherhood and the relationship between the former president Nasser's regime and the Muslim Brotherhood.It is divided into three stages of early cooperation and conflict in the medium term,and then the Muslim Brotherhood has been suppressed by the Nasser government for a long time.During the Sadat period,as a stage of great development,transformation,and transformation in Egypt,he was courageous to innovate and made four major measures in domestic and foreign affairs,namely,economic opening policy,democratization and multi-party system,pro-US anti-Soviet,and To peace.At the same time,Sadat initiated the Islamization policy of Egyptian politics and society.In order to maintain his rule,he used and developed religious and political forces to suppress the Nasserists and leftists on behalf of the Muslims.In this context,this article makes an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the development,changes,organizational structure,and ideology of the "moderate"Muslim Brotherhood and "extreme" jihad and atonement and migration during the Sadat era.Finally,it focuses on the analysis of the interaction between the Sadat government and the Islamic religious and political forces,and clarifies the relationship between the government and the Brotherhood,which is divided into recovery-cooperation-conflict.The extreme organization has achieved unprecedented great development during Sadat's tenure,which was unexpected by him,Sadat adopted a determined strategy,but eventually caused him to fall under the fire of extremists.The analysis of the relationship between secular politics and religious politics in the Sadat era has an important enlightening effect on the political life in the Middle East.The full text is divided into six parts:introduction,four chapters and conclusion.The introduction mainly outlines the purpose and significance of the topic selection,explains the research objects and related important concepts,and sorts out and evaluates the current domestic and foreign research trends.The second chapter expounds the effectiveness of the four major policies of the Egyptian government's internal and diplomatic construction during Sadat period,and makes corresponding analysis and discussion.The third chapter examines the composition and characteristics of Egyptian religious and political forces during the Sadat period,moderate forces on religious and political organizations represented by the Muslim Brotherhood during this period,and the methods of struggle against the two Islamic extremist groups,jihad,atonement and migration.The fourth chapter analyzes the relationship between the government representing secular politics in Sadat period and the Muslim Brotherhood representing religious political forces and the extreme Islamic forces.Conclusion,to summarize the development and evolution of the Islamic religious political power represented by the Muslim Brotherhood,concluded that the relationship between religious politics and secular regime is of great importance in the modern political construction of Islamic countries,and proposed to deal with Sadat.The relationship between Egyptian secular politics and religious politics during the special period has a certain enlightening effect on the political stability of today's Middle Eastern countries.
