Learning a foreign language, must learn the knowledge of relevant cultural background. Chinese classical poetry is a treasure, in the artistry, vividness, musicality, has its unique charm, it is a bright pearl in Chinese literature, has the rich cultural connotations. Study of Chinese classical poetry, not only can promote the foreign students about language learning, training of pronunciation, vocabulary, to cultivate the language sense, the rhythm of Chinese, but also can understand the Chinese culture and inner spirit, and it is also very helpful to inspire students’ learning interest.But in the current Chinese teaching, Chinese classical poetry did not cause enough attention, the related research is not sufficient enough too. In this study, in view of the current Chinese classic poetry in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language class and the status quo of the research, existing problems are discussed, and puts forward some methods and principles through the practice. This paper will be divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction, introduced the selected topic goal and significance of this article, reviewing the related literature and research, the existing problems are discussed, and put forward the expectation for this article.In the second chapter, to discuss the unique charm of Chinese classic poetry, and the status of classic poetry in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, at the same time introduces status quo of poetry teaching of Chinese Class of in Bulgarian.The third chapter, in view of the current lack of a better Chinese class poetry anthology, put forward the selection criteria the poetry content and scope, points out that which kind of the quality the teachers should have at the same time.The fourth chapter, through the practice of the Chinese class in Bulgaria, proposed in view of the different level of Chinese students, specific steps and methods of the poetry teaching, and to evaluate effect of poetry, the practice of teaching principle has carried on the induction.The fifth chapter is conclusion, to summarize main work of whole thesis, the point of view and try in this article, and proposed the further research of expectations.In general, through discussing the above parts, confirmed that the teaching Chinese classic poetry is very useful to language teaching and cultural promotion, and puts forward some concrete through practice teaching ideas and teaching methods, in order to promote Chinese classical poetry in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
