Study On Retro Thought Of Zhao Mengfu’s Poetry

Zhao Mengfu has an extremely important position in the Yuan Dynasty calligraphy, and painting art.Beside,he is also an outstanding writer. He has left a lot of works of calligraphy and painting and beautiful poems.Zhao is an outstanding artist in Chinese art history who dominated hundreds of years.He could have made these achievements, and he insisted on "retro" concept of art are inseparable.For a long time, there are much more research about academic achievements of Zhao Mengfu, but more little about Zaho Mengfu’s literature achievement. For the reason, one is the academic circles ignore Yuan Dynasty poetry position, on the other hand is also associated with Zhao Mengfu in the Yuan Dynasty official life. But the concern of literary history, Zhao Mengfu in the literary achievements, has had the profound influence to the Yuan Dynasty, and the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which worthy of our in-depth study.Zhao Mengfu believed in the Confucian concepts of life. He put the revival of the ancient regime as political pursuit. In the painting creation, he put the Jin Dynasty and Tang Dynasty works as an example. In literature, his poetic works, he tried to return to the content of Shijing.
