The Research On Social Support System Of City Home-based Care

The21st century is the era of population aging, it has become a major social issue to the countries in the world. In this historical period, China has already gradually entered the aging society, based on the special circumstances of the present stage in China, actively build a social support system for the old people will become the main task of China’s present and future society. Trinity of government, community, family social support system for the home of the elderly, in support of the Government’s policy on the basis of family as the core, to further improve the pension service in the community, and the concept of scientific endowment, better the establishment and development of home care, social support systems.In this paper, the writer takes the method of qualitative research to analysis elderly home care support system. This kind of research method and the significance of this paper are to advocate from the everyday experience of the elderly, respect for the experience and subjectivity, that is, standing on the position of these older people, understand their life, take control of their old-age support system. The modern type of home care is different from a traditional family pension, the key is to build a support system of community for home care, which is the key to the success of a relationship between urban and home care business.This article is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, consisted of the definition of the concept, the research method and the purpose and significance of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of this study, including the hierarchy of needs and social support theory. The third part is from the macro level-the Government’s point of view of government responsibility in the home care support content and related practice. The fourth part is to analyze the current status of community service from a community point of view, for the old service support system, as well as the role of community service. The fifth part is from the family micro-level analysis of the concept of family and pension functions, as well as the support system of family support. The last is summary and conclusions, and analysis of the applicability of the theory, proposed to build a trinity city home care support system path for the current problems, and offer the countermeasures and suggestions.
