Paid Annual Leave of Employees is an important right which guarantees theirphysical health that enables them to enjoy a better vacation. Meanwhile, theimplementation of paid vacation system is a driving force of stimulating economy andconsumption which is beneficial to the society, enterprises and individuals. However,this right was not under effective protection. With the release “Ordinance forEmployees Annual Leave with Salary”, the implementation effect has improved whilestill with inadequacy of the protection of paid annual leave right throughquestionnaire survey and interviews.There are six parts of the thesis:Chapter1: Introduction. It analyzes research purpose and its scope with theexample of Ordinance for Employees Annual Leave. Besides, the research methodand its creativity are introduced in this part.Chapter2: System review of Paid Annual Leave of Employees. It defines relatedconcept and its value of the system.Chapter3: Investigation result and its implementation. The author starts with theperspective of both employees and employers in accordance with investigation andquestionnaire survey in terms of questionnaire structure, sample quality and interviews.Chapter4: Current situation of the implementation of the system. The authorpoints out the existing problems of the system and explores the reasons.Chapter5: Suggestions for improvement. Detailed measures are proposed toimprove the current system.Chapter6: Conclusion. A comprehensive overview and reflection is drawn in thispart regarding Paid Annual Leave of Employees.
