In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,people's pace in both production and life has been gradually accelerated so as to keep up with the pace of social development as a whole.Therefore,the pressure and burden that people feel in production and life will become more and more heavy.At this time,the system of paid annual leave,as a turning point of relieving pressure,adjusting work status,working and resting,is particularly important.The annual paid leave system can not only meet the needs of the workers,both physically and mentally,but also provide them with a guarantee of material life.Workers are entitled to annual paid leave and are paid the same salary as they are paid at work,eliminating work.The mover's worry,in order to make the laborer fully enjoy the annual vacation,has the very strong function.According to the law,the period of paid annual leave and the mode of leave are negotiated by the laborer and the employer,and the duration of the paid annual leave is closely related to the length of their working life,which is very flexible.Therefore,annual vacation with pay is a kind of vacation system which can improve people's quality of life,improve work efficiency,have strong function and have sufficient flexibility,which is very worthy of our further study.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author introduces the basic concepts and theories of the legal system of paid annual vacation.First,it expounds the meaning and characteristics of the legal system of paid Year vacation,and compares it with other vacation systems.Secondly,the legal nature of the paid year holiday replacement compensation is analyzed and analyzed.In the end,the implementation of the paid annual vacation system will bring a lot of benefits to production and life,regardless of human rights protection,labor relations,human resources supply,production efficiency,and production efficiency.This section classifies and introduces the effects of the legal system of annual paid leave.The second part,through the analysis of the legal system of paid annual leave in Germany,America,Japan,France and other developed countries,find out the system which is in line with the national conditions of our country to learn from it.The third part,from the legislative point of view,through the leave period of paid annual leave,supervision mode,relief approach and so on,from various angles,introduced the current legal system of paid annual leave in our country,as well as the need to improve the defects.The fourth part,is the most important chapter of this article,according to According to the deficiencies of the current legal system of paid annual leave mentioned above,the corresponding solutions,as well as specific legislative ideas and suggestions,are put forward one by one.
