The system of paid annual leave is one of the important measures used by the constitution and the law to protect human rights.Therefore,this paper takes "the legal perfection of the paid annual leave system of Chinese employees" as the research subject.This article first elaborates the origin,development and legal basis of the annual paid vacation system for employees,secondly introduces the present situation of our worker system of annual vacation with pay,summarizes our country worker problems existing in the system of annual vacation with pay.Finally,on the outside of the system of annual vacation with pay legislation and analyze the significance of our country.It puts forward the main scope of clearly enjoying the annual leave with pay and special protection for special groups and special industries.The wage nature of compensation for annual vacation without leave should be clarified.Perfect the implementation of the compensation for the annual leave and make a reasonable arrangement for the annual leave with pay and strictly implement the corporate responsibility to perfect our legal advice of worker system of annual vacation with pay.It is expected that the study of this paper can be used as a reference for improving the paid vacation system of Chinese employees.
