On Urban Community Governance Of China In The Perspective Of The Civil Society Theory

Urban community governance concerns the entirety of doing Chinese socialismharmonious social, community as a cell makes up the country, therefore, the study ofurban community has very deep realistic significance and theoretical value. The paperdiscusses urban community with the context of topology with the destination of justice.There is the natural coherence point between the theory of civil society and the theory ofgovernance.The basis of building harmonious society is the construction of harmonious community,the key of constructing harmonious community is reaching good community governance.The important part of reaching good community is civil society organizations’participation.The paper is composed of three parts. The first part analyses and summarizes thepresent problems about the pattern of urban community governance, starting with thestudy of urban community. The author tries to find a pattern of community governancewhich is appropriate for the situation of China. In the second part, the first section studiesthe relationship between “civil society” and “community governance”. The secondsection summarizes the theory of civil society in political sense, and explores andanalyses the new idea about urban community governance, the last section discusses thepositive role of the civil society‘s participation for urban community’s governance. Inrecent years, as the number of urban community has increased, how to govern becomespivotal. This part focuses on the summary of the theory of civil society, the study of thepositive role about the civil society organizations’ participation and the problems thatemerges in the development of civil society; the last part try to find the future model ofurban community governance with the important theory of the harmonious society as the destination.The innovation of the paper is the innovation of domestic urban communitygovernance. At present, the study on the model of the urban community focuses on theurban community construction, the urban community self-governance, the urbancommunity participation, the urban community party building, the community-leveldemocracy, and the traditional culture and so on, I study the model of the urbancommunity and discuss the positive role of the civil society organization’s participationin the perspective of the theory of civil society.
