The Research Of China’s Administrative Approval System Reform Problem

China’s extensive use of an administrative way to administrative examinationand approval, the implementation of administrative examination and approvalreflects the country’s administrative functions; the process of China’s economicdevelopment plays a very significant impact. Now, with China’s socialist marketeconomic system, the establishment and improvement, increasing the degree ofopening up the current shortcomings of the administrative examination and approvalsystem increasingly exposed the urgent need to reform to improve it. China’s currentgovernment reform is an important issue is the reform of administrative examinationand approval system. Administrative examination and approval system reform is notjust the government’s own reform, and economic system reform it, reform ofadministrative system and the administrative and legal system are closely related. Inthis paper the integrated use of economics, administration and administrative lawand other related theories of administrative examination and approval system reformin-depth study to comprehensively clarify the status of administrative examinationand approval system reform, reform of the problems, and for the emergence ofChina’s administrative examination and approval system problem, a comprehensivesystem of administrative examination and approval of proposals.This paper consists of five parts: the first is the introduction describes thebackground to the study, respectively, significance, methods and research status. Inthe second part of the administrative examination and approval systemreform-related theories, including the administrative examination and approval of themeaning, substance, form and content of administrative approval system, is full oftheoretical support. The third part discusses the current of our overview ofadministrative approval system reform, including reform of administrativeexamination and approval system based on stage of development and reform, thesuccess of the reform experience. The fourth part is the reform of administrative examination and approval of the foreign situation and the Enlightenment. Part Vdiscusses the system of administrative examination and approval and the reasons forthe problems. The sixth part of the proposed improvement and deepening of China’sadministrative examination and approval system reform proposals.
