Study On The Main Mode Of Urban-village Reconstruction

More than twenty years of reform and opening of our motherland, theeconomic develop very rapidly,the city reconstruction and management has achievedremarkable results. However, behind the high development of urban villagereconstruction has caused a series of social, economic, and environmental issues.The government meddle improperly, the efficiency of management is low, and thedevelopers only focus on their own interests, ignoring the interests of the people,social benefit, ecological environment and so on. This has the deep reason of thesocial and economic structure, there are limitations and deficiencies of the theoryand practice in urban village reconstruction.So far, China has not yet formed a perfect theoretical and practical frameworkto guide the reconstruction of the urban-village pattern. Guided by the theory oflagging behind, resulting in the muddledness of reconstruction, with the lack oflegal norms and unified guidance. This paper is mainly about the characteristicsand the transformation of the urban village reconstruction in China, and summarizesthe main problems in the current reform in the models, and analyse the problems deeply.And then, learn from The western city renewal experience, we can get the good pointsto support the reconstruction of urban-village in china on the level of systeminitiation. Next, introduce in relative theories and theoretically analyze thecharacteristics and difficulties the reconstructing work. The last, the resultspresented in this paper is that the villagers are the reconstruction main body, inorder to solve the financial problems, The villagers must cooperate with theenterprise. This is the optimal mode.
