Research On The Reconstruction Mode Of Urban Villages In Xiaoshan District Under The Background Of Global Urbanization

At the end of 2016,at the fifteenth party congress in Xiaoshan District,the Xiaoshan District Committee and the district government seized the historical opportunity period of the “Post Summit and the Former Asian Games” and proposed the development strategy of global urbanization.In the context of global urbanization,the transformation of urban villages in Xiaoshan District has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.This paper takes the urban village reconstruction model under the background of global urbanization as the research object,based on the theoretical basis of urban-rural dual structure theory,core-edge theory,urban polity theory,etc.,This thesis conducts research through literature,case law,field research method and interview method.The first is to study the relationship between the urbanization of the whole region and the transformation mode of the urban villages in the city.This paper clarifies the relationship between the two by the analysis of the objectives of the urbanization of the whole city and the transformation model of the villages in the city.The second is to study the relationship between the two.The impact of the urban village reconstruction model on the urbanization of the whole city,combined with the example of the transformation of the village in the Xiaoshan District for many years,mainly through the analysis of the three urban village reconstruction models in Xiaoshan District,namely,the government-led model,the state-owned platform promotion model,and the village level.The autonomous model,the constraints on the global urbanization,combined with the actual case to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each model and its impact on the global urbanization;Finally,the study to achieve the urbanization of Xiaoshan District,how to improve the Xiaoshan District The urban village reconstruction model has explored a new model of urban village reconstruction with “government planning,developer-led,and village collective participation”.I hope that through the research in this paper,we can provide a theoretical basis for government decision-making.
