But with the acceleratingof the process of urbanization, it can’t keep up with the urban development. Therefore, it is the special stage during the process of the urbanization in China. In the transformation of urban villages, various regions of our country have been explored by the different patterns of different characteristics.Langfang city is a new city. A lot of questions emerge during the development of economy promotes the rapid development of urbanization. It is the transform of the villege that is the inevitable choice to solve the social problems. However, in the process of transformation will inevitably encounter a variety of problems, which affecting the development of the transformation project. Basing on the Langfang Development Zone, the paper study the mode of transformation of village and explore the transformation of the risk and contradiction, in order to change the understanding of village, obtain the advanced experience, proposed the implementation of the recommendations, for local villages in the city transformation of the reference.
