With the accelerated process of urbanization, the number of ZhuanChencun increasesgradually, the problems of the society and economic are also increasingly highlighted. Atthe same time, the ideology and morality in China is at the stage of transition. As thebuilders and successors of the motherland, the minors’ ideology and morality is animportant part of national spiritual civilization construction, it relates with the future anddestiny of our country. In our country, the ideology and morality education has begun tobe taken seriously, however, due to many reasons such as economy and society, ideologyand morality education has not been worked well and enough, the focus on ideology andmorality of minors in ZhuanChengcun is not enough, besides the crime rate of minors isincreasing. Therefore the study on ideology and morality of minors has importanttheoretical and realistic significance.First of all, after studying the connotation, life cycle and related theories ofZhuanChengcun, connotation and classification of ideology and morality, and relatedtheories of ideology and morality education in this paper, we have theoretical supports forthe study of ideology and morality of minors and it also provides supports for theconstruction of morality intervention work.Secondly, based on the ecological system of minors in ZhuanChengcun, this paperstudies on the students in different stage, the family, the school and the community(society) of these students, seeking what problems are in them. After that, we can find outwhether corrections live between the ideology and morality of minors and the ecosystemin which the minors live.Last but not the least, based on the results of the survey and the appoints of therelative analysis, the paper aims to build the ecosystem to interpose the ideology andmorality of minors—the ecosystem of the family, school and community together. At thesame time, the minors that are not old enough to go to school are also taken into thisintervention ecosystem. This paper also points out that what the roles they play in theecosystem, besides what work risks they burden. In this way, the paper aims to provide some useful suggests to relative government sections and other roles in the ecosystemsuch as family, school and community (society).
