Study On The Construction Of Judge's Ideology And Morality

As the opening of the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth, it has been increased to an unprecedented height that strengthening the construction of the working group of the rule of law. The construction of judge's ideology and morality not only need the court's enhance the education for judge's ideology and morality, but also need judge's own efforts to improve their ideological and moral cultivation. The paper study on the question how to enhance the construction of the judge's ideology and morality from the court's point of view.Today, the court's ideological and moral construction mainly includes the judge's view of life and value belief, social morality and professional ethics. In the court, it has formed harmonious ethical relationship and judicial ethics.Through the empirical research of J province, the author find that during the process of the court's ideological and moral construction exist some problems,such as provisions about the judge's ideological and moral construction are enormous and lack of maneuverability, the relationship between the judge's political, moral and professional construction is improper, the methods and forms of the ideological and moral construction are tedium, the making plans are not easy to perform and so on. The reasons are that lacking of educational theories,and the designing system of court's ideological and moral construction is not reasonable. For the above problems, the author put forward some suggestions, such as update the educational theories and change the educational mechanism, and wish these suggestions benefit the judge's ideological and moral construction.
