People’s police work is the basis of public security work as a whole, they have a directdecision of the entire public security organs ’ work is good or bad. Job satisfaction is a measureof grass-roots enthusiasm and efficiency of effective tools and instruments of civilian policework. Due to the current domestic studies on job satisfaction of people’s police is very rare, thisarticle to TSLB people’s police for the study of the Public Security Bureau, through theapplication of literature study on theoretical analysis and case law, authentication method, andquestionnaire investigation of study method to impact people’s police study on the influencingfactors of job satisfaction. Through the TSLB District Public Security Bureau questionnairesurvey and analysis of the satisfaction of people’s police, found lubei district Directorate ofpublic security people’s police as a whole belongs to the low average level of job satisfaction, jobsatisfaction needs to be improved, corresponding influence factors are mainly the work itself,salary, interpersonal, management, work environment and the promotion of development.Satisfaction of grass-roots work of the civilian police would also be affected by many factorssuch as gender, age, educational level of the population, jobs and other effects. Proposedappropriate measures and response strategies in this article. Authors argue that developed fromthe following six aspects: Improving the police salary level, Improvement of grassroots policework environment, Perfection of police occupation career management, Improve thepeople-oriented management system, Improve police work identity, Improving the policeinterpersonal relationship。...
