As the non law enforcement personnel assisting the people's police to carry out relevant work,the auxiliary police plays an important role in the comprehensive management of social security.The recruitment of auxiliary police is one of the effective measures to solve the problem of insufficient police force in China.However,with the increase of the number of auxiliary police and the local financial pressure,the decrease of salary and treatment,the uncertainty of career development,the overall salary satisfaction of the auxiliary police group is low,the enthusiasm of work is not high,and even there exists slack mood,which has a certain impact on the establishment of public security image and the development of public security work.Therefore,in order to improve the work efficiency of the auxiliary police and enhance their job identity,it is imperative to improve the reform of the salary system of the auxiliary police,strengthen the incentive role of it,and improve the satisfaction of the auxiliary police' salary.In this paper,I set the X branch of Taiyuan Public Security Bureau(hereinafter referred to as "X branch")auxiliary police as the research object to explore the strategies to improve the satisfaction of salary incentive of auxiliary police in X branch,through the way of questionnaire survey and empirical research.In this paper,533 questionnaires and 482 effective questionnaires were collected from 583 auxiliary police officers in X branch by using the questionnaire Star program.When the questionnaire results were described and analyzed by SPSSAU online analysis software and tested by statistics,the method of common factor extraction was used in combination with the original intention of setting up the questionnaire.The salary satisfaction was divided into post situation,salary system,salary structure,salary level,welfare and self value realization,the quantitative analysis of these six dimensions of situation shows that the salary satisfaction of auxiliary police in X branch is low.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it was found that the gender,educational background,position and seniority of the auxiliary policehave an impact on the satisfaction of salary incentives.Through ridge regression analysis of all dimensions of pay satisfaction,the system and structure had the greatest impact on salary satisfaction of X branch auxiliary police.According to the data analysis results,the problems of the salary incentive satisfaction of the Auxiliary Police of X Branch Bureau can be summarized as the overall low salary level;the imperfect salary system;the unreasonable salary structure;the low level of welfare protection;The main reasons for these problems are insufficient local financial support;unfair salary management system design;unsound salary structure system;lack of welfare guarantee mechanism;and lack of long-term planning for auxiliary police career development.Therefore,to improve the satisfaction of the salary and incentives of the auxiliary police of the X Branch Bureau,we must broaden the support of the auxiliary police funds;formulate a differentiated salary management system to play the incentive role of performance evaluation;optimize the salary system and expand the proportion of performance salary in the salary;Welfare treatment and welfare expenditures for the police,establish a welfare guarantee mechanism;improve job skills training and rank promotion,and improve the overall comprehensive quality of the auxiliary police.
