Research Of Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Public Security Organs Public Security Bureau Of Cangshan Area In Fuzhou

In the background of "Police for the public and law enforcement for people",Public Security Bureau,as the public security organs of criminal justice and the exercise of administrative enforcement powers of government departments,has been paying an increasing emphasis on public satisfaction oriented public security organs of public service functions,in order to satisfy the public with the public security products and services.In recent years,the assessment for politics,sense of public security,as well as satisfaction survey civilization index test and other assessments to mobilize public participation follow.This not only challenge the hierarchical supervision of the executive,but also has pushed a top-down and single evaluation mode and a strong impetus to the wide range of subject assessment,public involvement and ultimately improve the assessment mechanism.However,the public security organs at the grassroots level met some problems such as evaluation index setting imperfection,unreasonable subjective selection,assessment survey sampling method,insufficient effective use of evaluation results and other series of practical problems,which to some extent affected the evaluation activities effectively and the performance of basic public security organs.Therefore,the public satisfaction in Fuzhou Cangshan District Public Security Bureau carried out an analysis of police assessment activities,in order to find its public satisfaction in the assessment of the problems.Mainly includes three parts including institutional issues,disturbance of consciousness and technical shortcomings which will affect the implement of public satisfaction assessment activities.The reason is various,such as the assessment result of utilitarian orientation,public awareness deviation,limited experience,traditional ideas,the limitation of technical method and monopoly information.In view of the existing problems in the satisfaction evaluation for public security bureau,this paper puts forward five suggestions:Firstly,strengthen the construction of public satisfaction evaluation system,by strengthening the national police performance evaluation of the legislation to improve the public satisfaction evaluation system,and improve the public security organs at all levels of the performance appraisal system to solute shortcomings of the evaluation system;Secondly,set the scientific evaluation of public satisfaction index system,pay attention to the subjective and objective indicators;Thirdly,improve the information collection mechanism of public satisfaction evaluation;The forth is to highlight concept of "human oriented",strengthen the propaganda of harmonious relations between the police and public,as well as to inspire the potential of the police force by reasonable rewards and punishments.The fifth comes that the maintenance of social order,which not only needs grassroots police work,but also needs the active coordination and cooperation of the basic public sectors.
