China's economic development and comprehensive national strength continue to improve,and the continued growth of the national life happiness index can't be separated from the stability,unity and order of the country.And such a peaceful national environment is the exchange of the efforts of thousands of public security officers and policemen on the front line of public security.China is a superpower with a population of 1.4 billion,with an area of 9.6 million square kilometers.If there is no public security organ to maintain public order and national stability,the domestic crime rate will be greatly increased,and the people will live in the shadow of profiteering and terror.Therefore,both the state and the government are strengthening the construction of a modern public security system.On the one hand,they hope to use a new concept to arm the thinking and capacity of the national police,and it is also hoped to provide a better working condition for all police officers who struggle at the front line of international security.However,with the improvement of national living standards,more and more people think that police work is a high-risk occupation.They hope that they and their families will avoid engaging in this industry as much as possible,and even many senior police officers with many years of work experience will choose to change jobs or resign.This phenomenon is not unique.It has greatly affected the construction of the Chinese police force.The fundamental reason is not only because of the high risk factor of the profession.There is also that the treatment and incentive policy of the police have not kept up with the development of the times,so this paper will focus on how to more effectively motivate the public security police officers,improve their work efficiency,and enhance their willingness to work.This paper will start with the development of domestic police industry,and take the police incentive policy of Dalian X Public Security Bureau as the research object.First of all,this paper investigates the problem of police incentive faced by Dalian X Public Security Bureau in person,and presents the problem in an all-round way through the real staff incentive cases of Dalian X Public Security Bureau.Then,it collects,summarizes and screens from many domestic and foreign staff incentive literature,theories and methods,as the technical support of this paper.Using these advanced methods and theories.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the incentive problems of police officers in Dalian X Public Security Bureau,and finds out the root causes of the low morale and firm will of the current police officers,so as to better combine the actual situation of Dalian X Public Security Bureau,take scientific police incentive measures,and help Dalian X Public Security Bureau to do a good job in encouraging police officers.To improve the working efficiency,quality and morale of the whole police force,to serve the broad masses of the people in Dalian,to safeguard the stability and stability of soil and water in Dalian,and to fully show the spiritual outlook of the police officers of Dalian X Public Security Bureau.The fierce theory and method used in this paper,combined with the actual situation of police officers incentive in Dalian X Public Security Bureau,help Dalian X Public Security Bureau completely get rid of the fierce and unscientific problems of police officers.At the same time,these research results can also be popularized throughout the city and even in the whole country,and help the public security organs at all levels to design the incentive scheme of police officers.
