These problems are mainly due to the unbalance in the development of economy, the imperfect of the social system, the lack of the government’s public functions, the weak of social security system and so on.In order to strengthen the construction of people’s livelihood in current China, we should adhere to the scientific outlook on development as the guide and adhere to both do my best and what I can do. We should not only play the main role of the government but also encourage the whole society to participate in, not only solve the outstanding problems but also establish the principles of long-term settlement mechanism. We should strive to solve the people’s livelihood issues, such as their rights to receive education, employment income, a sense of security, medical services and housing. To achieve goals we mentioned, we should take the corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. We should give priority to the development of education, enlarge the scale of employment, reform the income distribution system, improve the social security system, improve the basic medical care system and strengthen the social management.Speeding up the construction of people’s livelihood, is the request of the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is the request of thoroughly implementing the scientific outlook, is the request of constructing harmonious society, is also the request of constructing the well-off society.
