Chinese Government Procurement Regulatory System Research

A perfect system, to achieve the desired effect in practice, its own regulatorymechanism is the key. The first, this paper introduces the legislative status of governmentprocurement and its situation in practice; the second, finds out the existing problems in thegovernment procurement supervision and analyzes the reasons. The problems are asfollows: the government procurement supervision mechanism is unreasonable, thegovernment procurement process’s supervision is inadequate, the supervision subjects aremultilaterial, lack of professional talents in the supervision team; the end, aiming at theproblems, this paper puts forward advices to improve the regulatory system of Chinesegovernment procurement. For example, unify and standardize the centralized procurementinstitutions, strengthen the budget supervision and the way of government procurementsupervison, promote supervision subjects construction of the government procurement.
