The Research On Villager Autonomy Organization’s Role In Rural Gonernance Structure

Chinese villager autonomy organization is the main form of implementation of villager autonomy, which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of improving the rural governance and building a harmonious society. As the Chinese modernization process accelerates and the reform and opening up deeps ceaselessly, the position of villager autonomy organization in rural economic and social development will continue to be promoted, whose unique local resources will increasingly show efficiency in providing rural community service and promoting the rural governance. However, due to some historical and realistic reasons, Chinese villager autonomy organization development is still in the initial stage, villager autonomy organization’s role plays not well, which performs on the expansion, conflict and lake of villager autonomy organization’s role, etc, restricts the villager autonomy organization development and villager autonomy process, is not conducive to the role fully play in constructing the rural grass-roots governance. Therefore, the research subject of this article is in the rural governance structure, through the law improvement, organization optimization and role reconstruction measures, to play the role of Chinese villager autonomy organization, thus ensuring the Chinese villager autonomy organization as the main body and strength of rural governance structure, in the process of rural governance cooperate with other main bodies of rural governance, and realize the interactive effects, in order to make contributions to promote the construction of harmonious rural community.This article from the perspective of rural governance structure studies the role of Chinese villager autonomy organization, mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method, interview method, case study method and causal analysis and other research methods, analyzes the roles and influence factors of villager autonomy organization, and taking Jiangsu Province as an example, through case and questionnaire studies the current situation the villager autonomy organization’s roles play, discusses the predicament of the villager autonomy organization’s roles, finally puts forward the countermeasures to make the villager autonomy organization’s roles perfect. It includes the following content:the first chapter introduces the research’s background, research content, target, literature review and research methods; the second chapter mainly introduces villager autonomy organization and correlative theories of rural governance, and creates the important basis and logical starting point of villager autonomy organization’s roles analysis and policy research; the third chapter on basis of the governance theory, analyses the role positioning of villager autonomy organization and the affecting factors of villager autonomy organization’s roles; the fourth chapter according to the a certain number of administrative villages in the sampling questionnaire survey of Jiangsu province, researches on the villager autonomy organization’s roles empirically; the fifth chapter in the light of predicament and reasons of the villager autonomy organization’s roles in the third chapter and fourth chapter, put forward the reconstruction of villager autonomy organization’s roles, thereby improving the rural governance.
