Research On The Rights Of Minors Privacy In The Education Management Process

The privacy is an important content of personal rights; the privacy has always been considered the best interests. As John Si Hua Said, it is a diversity of shaking up for human:some in spine; some in nerve; some in the moral sense; and the largest and the longest lasting shakings are based on personal indignity. As an important embodiment of personal indignity, the privacy would also be strong in protecting the personal indignity, With the development of the society, the privacy of the adult population gain social acceptance, getting more respect, having been guaranteed, but the degree of attention of minors privacy issues are getting low, tracing the source, to a large extent because the problem does not get the attention and respect of the school, parents and the community, or simply did not arouse enough attention, therefore, family education, social assistance, or school education and teaching management process in violation of the privacy of minors.As said before, live in the society, first of all, we should respect other people’s personality, which is the necessary characteristic for modern people. Selection and research of the subject based on the parents, social and school administrators treat properly and respect the adolescent’s privacy, help young people to treat others’ and own privacy correctly, learn to respect themselves and others. As a physically and mentally healthy person, whether it is in the family education sector or in the school management process, respect the personality rights of children, can establish good family relationship and relationship between teachers and students, which should cause parents, schools and even society attach great importance.Absorbing and borrowing the domestic and foreign theory and research, with the main material as policy, legal literature and related case analysis, the study analyzes the present situation of teenagers’ privacy rights with analysis. Using the research model of wider case study methods, questionnaire survey and combination of theory with practice, the study makes a research of teenager’s privacy rights and gets the results of it.The main part of the paper is represented as below. The introduction part mainly talks about the meaning of the topic. In the first chapter, with analysis of questionnaire survey and case analysis of invading teenagers’privacy rights in the teachers and parents’management process, the study narrates the present research situation and trend and the research method. The second part mainly gives us the reason of teachers and parents’invading teenagers’ privacy rights in process of education and management. In the third part, main content is to elaborate the policies and laws of the protection of teenagers’ privacy rights, and to put forward the correlative countermeasure of it and relief measures which is helpful for teenagers to fight against privacy rights invasion.
