The Influece Of Online Public Opinions On Making Public Policies

With the rapid development of Internet and other new media, Internet users can master the various forms of network media, and apply them widely participate in some social problems related to public affairs, and even can make suggestions and criticism of all sorts of public policies. The network of public opinion has become a new way of citizen participation in China’s democratic political life. In recent years, the network of public incidents continue to occur, on China’s public policy making far-reaching. These events, the formulation of China’s public policy put forward a new topic:careful analysis, analysis of the network of public opinion and put to good absorption and transformation is very important. This paper first describes the concept of network public opinion and public policy formulation, along the development of theory of public policy formulation process, from a public policy agenda setting, program planning, four aspects of legal and policy implementation, combined with the network of public events in recent years, in-depth analysis of the network of public opinion on the public policy formulation process of our country, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
