Promote openness in government affairs, strengthen the governmental service is a very important method to promote the transformation and innovation of government functions, standardizing the administrative acts, strengthen the administrative power supervision and ensure the people’s democratic rights. It is also a pre-requisite requirement to built a democratic, clean, efficient service government. In recent years, the party and the country attached more and more importance to the open government affairs service work, and regard it as a kind of making the government soft power, an important measure to optimize the economic development environment.This dissertation is on the basic of relevant books and documents, Take the connotation of government affairs public and public service for the point of penetration. The paper systematic analysis of the basic situation of Hohhot City in recent years, according to the national, autonomous regions for open government affairs service work, fully demonstrated the Hohhot city open government affairs service work achievements, also pointed out objectively existing in Hohhot City in the work the problem, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. At the same time, the construction of e-government, public resource trading platform is a new and electronic monitoring are also discussed.This thesis combines theory with practice, through the objective analysis on government affairs public and government services work, Hohhot, then study as the capital city of Inner Mongolia, Hohhot City, how to further enhance the open government service level, for the city’s economic and social development to make contribution, so it has high practical significance.
