A Study On The Citizen’s Legal Belief In The Process Of Rule A Nation Legally In Our Country

Since the15th National Congress of the party put forward "rule a nation legally",The party leads the whole society, have made unremitting efforts to attract people’s attention, the rule of law has made achievements. At the same time, China’s laws and regulations are gradually improving, however, the perfection of the laws and regulations is not equal to have the perfect law. There are still many problems such as the rule of law in our country, judicial corruption, people ignore the rights, we have to admit that, our country from the real rule of law society is still a long distance. Legal belief is the foundation of the rule of law and the rule of law, the premise is that citizens have the firm belief in the law, the degree of belief to the law of the people is the decisive factor in the progress of the rule of law. However, the citizens of our country in the legislation, law enforcement, judicial, law all aspects showed a serious lack of belief in law, which has become the key reason of restricting China’s process of governing the country by law.In this paper from the meaning of law faith, as well as the three aspects of the subject and object of legal belief, legal belief in the process of rule of law that has the practical significance of promoting the citizen, we pointed out in legislation, law enforcement, judicial, law four aspects of the lack of legal belief, and analyzed the reason of lack of legal belief in China from two angles of history and reality, for these reasons to find an effective way to cultivate the legal belief in China, in order to promote the process of rule of law in china. Combined with the status quo, the rule of law in China, I think, the path of legal belief in China culture of two aspects should be legal belief and legal belief object subject of civil law. Specifically, in the main body of legal faith, to strengthen the citizen’s legal rights and deepened, consensus on the value of law, civic spirit of law-abiding. In the aspect of the object of legal belief, to scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, judicial fairness, to improve the legislation of product quality, establish the legal supreme idea, establish the legal authority.
