Evolution And Consequences Of New Interventionism In The Post-cold War

As a western diplomatic tradition, interventionism has existed in internationalcommunity for a long time. After the cold war, the environment of western countries’foreign interference changed a lot. in the name of "protecting human rights" and"safeguarding the common value", the western countries developed "Newinterventionism ". Since9.11anti-terrorism also gradually developed into the theoryfulcrum of new interventionism. During the Libya war in2011, new interventionismwas developed again.
