As a western diplomatic tradition, interventionism has existed in internationalcommunity for a long time. After the cold war, the environment of western countries’foreign interference changed a lot. in the name of "protecting human rights" and"safeguarding the common value", the western countries developed "Newinterventionism ". Since9.11anti-terrorism also gradually developed into the theoryfulcrum of new interventionism. During the Libya war in2011, new interventionismwas developed again. By the study of New interventionist’s practices including TheKosovo war, Afghanistan War, Iraq War and Libya war, the article attempts toexplore the influence of New interventionism on international politics and thedevelopment of China.As the basic starting point of maintaining the peace and development of ourcountry, using historical research, case study, comparative research, and in the guideof dialectical materialism and historical materialism this article tries to combine thetheory and reality to ensure comprehensive real, objective and fair.The paper contains five parts:Part I:state the purpose and meaning, the research situation at home and abroad,research methods and so on of New interventionism study in western.Part II: Three basic concepts: Interference, Interventionism, New interventionism.They are related but different from one another. correctly distinguish and definition issignificant to the whole article.Part III: expansion of main practices on New interventionism after cold war. Thearticle researches influence of New interventionism performance and the practiceitself to the new interventionism during processes of four wars in Kosovo,Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.Part IV: New interventionism has effect on international politics, including worldpeace, the world economy and international human rights protection.Part V: New interventionism has effect on China and Chinese policy, So weshould be active to deal with the new interventionism.
