Since the1990s, Neo-interventionism became more and more active in the international arena. New theory and excuses, new tricks and methods, high degree of convergence of national interests to interfere turned into its new trend and feature. The spreading of Neo-interventionism has posed a serious threat to the international law. The principle of banning the use of force, the principle of non-interference in internal affairs and the right to self-defense on the relevant provisions has been challenged many times, Neo-interventionism has became the primary factor to threaten international peace and security.Military intervention and "non-violent intervention" are the two means that America interfere other countries. Because its good concealment, more easy to accept and zero casualties, it becomes the major methods while America interfere other countries. We can easily find this NGOs in "Color revolution" and "The Arab spring".The consciousness of God’s chosen people and American exceptionalism, the thinking mode of binary opposition and Pragmatic values are the cultural roots of American’s Neo-interventionism. To control the world, To U.S. national security and international interests is its Motivation. The essence of Neo-interventionism is egoism and it is the result of Capital to realize its own value.
